Всем интересующимся ленобластью  
можно у меня скачать 500 метровки генштабовские порядка 1,5 Гб  
привязка карт не моя - как выкачал так и отдам, просто сам живу в москве - не было надобности  
вот ссылка на мой фтп убери только из нее пробелы  
ftp: // geocaching: ge0caching@ susanin.homedns. org/  
внимание аккаунт пока будет работать с 8 вечера до 8 утра скорость 10Мбит до 8ми юзеров

будут вопросы постараюсь помочь
